The relationships between all of the DEC members had such a welcoming atmosphere that it was easy to let down the competitive edge and be able to have a genuine conversation about the art form we all love to share with our communities.

While I always enjoy movement classes, my favorite learning classes were the roundtable and panel discussions (studio owner). I feel that it is valuable for connecting with others and for learning that every studio has challenges. It also helps to not feel so alone in this industry!
